PURPLE PASSION FRUIT
OCATI® offers fruits and vegetables of the highest quality to national and international clients. This is just a small part of what we do; how we do it is what makes the difference. Bees have become a symbol of the good agricultural practices that we use at every step of the production process. When we first learned that bees are dying in various parts of the world, due to the use of toxic insecticides, we immediately discontinued their use. We even went a step further, and through intense research efforts, we reduced the use of insecticides in our fields and those of our associates. Since then, we have successfully replaced some pesticides (chemically synthesized) with natural biological control techniques. At OCATI® we are committed to reducing the use of pesticides and we will continue our efforts in the field of environmental sustainability. Likewise, we will continue to support and invest in social initiatives.

What Ocati offers
FULL PRODUCT LINE OF COLOMBIAN EXOTIC FRUITS
Although our main products are cape gooseberries (Physalis peruviana), passion fruit (Passiflora edulis), granadilla (Passiflora ligularis), tamarillo (Solanum betaceum), baby banana (Musa paradisiaca), and pitahaya (Hylocereus megalanthus), we also offer ultraexotics like lulo (Solanum quitoense) and baby mango (Mangifera indica), among others. Visit our Products section for a full list of our produce.
STRICT PESTICIDE RESIDUE CONTROL
We are committed to offering fruit that meets the strict MRLs (maximum residue limits) set by the EU. To do this, we rely on a team of experienced agronomists who are constantly monitoring our fields and sampling our fruits in accredited laboratories in Europe.
We are proud to offer year-round availability of most our fruits, including cape gooseberries (Physalis peruviana), passion fruit (Passiflora edulis), granadilla (Passiflora ligularis), tamarillo (Solanum betaceum), and baby banana (Musa paradisiaca). Because of its demanding growing conditions, pitahaya is only available around 45 weeks per year.

UNDERTAKING PEACE AWARD
The Entrepreneur Peace Award is a recognition of the business contribution to the construction of Peace in Colombia.
At Ocati we obtained 4th place among the more than 90 companies that applied for the award, this being the result of the work we did in the area of Sonsón – Antioquia, where it was previously affected by violence.
Today, a large part of this population has many opportunities thanks to the Gulupa. Farmers sign contracts with Ocati and receive all the support they require from our agronomists, guaranteeing quality fruit!
