A HIGH SOURCE OF VITAMIN C
One serving (100gr) of granadilla provides 33% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. This vitamin helps support the immune system; it also helps with wound healing, the production of collagen, and it increases the amount of iron that our bodies can absorb from plants. Granadilla is also rich in antioxidants (flavonoids), which help our bodies fight toxins and free radicals.
A GOOD SOURCE OF POTASSIUM
A serving (100gr) of granadilla provides 10% of the recommended daily intake of potassium. Potassium is essential for nerve and muscle activity, it also helps waste move out of the cells and lets nutrients in.
