SHAKE
BLUEBERRY AND FRUITS OCATI

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of blueberries OCATI.
- 4 baby bananas OCATI cut in piece.
- 1/2 pack of andean blueberry OCATI.
- 1/2 pack of blackberries OCATI.
- 1⁄2 pack of raspberry OCATI (optional).
- 1 cup of water.
- 2 spoons of chia seeds.
- 1 spoon of polen.
- 8 leafs of peppermint.
- 8 cubes of ice

PREPARATION
- Place everything on the mixer until there is a homogeneus mix.
- Serve immediately.

Tip
For shakes:
Peal some bananas and cut in pieces and store them on the freezer. The pieces of banana help to have a homogeneus mix without adding sugar.
