BLUEBERRY AND FRUITS OCATI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of blueberries OCATI.
  • 4 baby bananas OCATI cut in piece.
  • 1/2 pack of andean blueberry OCATI.
  • 1/2 pack of blackberries OCATI.
  • 1⁄2 pack of raspberry OCATI (optional).
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 2 spoons of chia seeds.
  • 1 spoon of polen.
  • 8 leafs of peppermint.
  • 8 cubes of ice

PREPARATION

  • Place everything on the mixer until there is a homogeneus mix.
  • Serve immediately.

Tip

For shakes:
Peal some bananas and cut in pieces and store them on the freezer. The pieces of banana help to have a homogeneus mix without adding sugar.
Ehis recipie is a guide, you can do your own mixes with cardamom, cocunut butter or almond butter.
