GIN & TONIC

OF GULUPA

2 glasses
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 u of gulupa.
  • 1 small sprig of rosemary.
  • 1 part gin.
  • 3 parts tonic.2

PREPARATION
  • Cut the gulupa in half and remove all its juice and seeds with a spoon, reserving a tablespoon of these.
  • In a mixing glass or wide glass, add the gin, some rosemary leaves and the pulp of the gulupa, mash well.
  • Strain the mash and divide it into two glasses.
  • Add the reserved gulupa seeds and finish with the tonic water.

Tip

You can add ice cubes if you prefer.
