GIN & TONIC
- 2 u of gulupa.
- 1 small sprig of rosemary.
- 1 part gin.
- 3 parts tonic.2
- Cut the gulupa in half and remove all its juice and seeds with a spoon, reserving a tablespoon of these.
- In a mixing glass or wide glass, add the gin, some rosemary leaves and the pulp of the gulupa, mash well.
- Strain the mash and divide it into two glasses.
- Add the reserved gulupa seeds and finish with the tonic water.
You can add ice cubes if you prefer.
