SMOOTHIE
OF GULUPA, PINEAPPLE AND BANANA
For meat, fish or pork ribs!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Gulupas Ocati, the seedless pulp.
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks.
- 1 Cup of pineapple cut and peeled into pieces.
- 2 mint leaves.
- 1/2 cup of ice.

PREPARATION
- Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
