PRAWNS

IN GULUPA MOJO
For meat, fish or pork ribs!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil.
  • 8 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
  • 1 medium chili.
  • 1/2 cup of gulupa juice.
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 10 u prawns.
PREPARATION
  • Heat the pan over medium heat, add oil.
  • Brown garlic, cumin and oregano. Stir constantly so they don’t burn.
  • Once ready, immediately remove from heat.
  • Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Brown the prawns in a pan with a little salt.

Tip

You can prepare the sauce a week in advance and store it in the fridge.
