PRAWNS
IN GULUPA MOJO
For meat, fish or pork ribs!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- 8 cloves of garlic.
- 1 teaspoon of cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
- 1 medium chili.
- 1/2 cup of gulupa juice.
- 1/2 cup of orange juice.
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 10 u prawns.

PREPARATION
- Heat the pan over medium heat, add oil.
- Brown garlic, cumin and oregano. Stir constantly so they don’t burn.
- Once ready, immediately remove from heat.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Brown the prawns in a pan with a little salt.

Tip
You can prepare the sauce a week in advance and store it in the fridge.
